I love my local gym, but I was about to cancel over constantly broken equipment. So I built the thing I wished my gym had.

Gym Managers, Sound Familiar?

"The treadmill's been broken for how long?"

You find out about issues days later, usually when a member complains to your face or posts a review.

"I told someone about that last week..."

Reports get lost in group texts, sticky notes, and shift changes. Nobody's sure who's handling what.

"What if someone gets hurt?"

A frayed cable or wobbly bench is a lawsuit waiting to happen. And members who feel unsafe don't renew. They just leave.

Did anyone fix it??

Common Questions

No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera and report directly in the browser. No download, no account, no friction.

One to three days depending on how many pieces of equipment you have. You'll need to touch every piece of equipment to apply the Gear Tag stickers, but equipment setup takes only a minute and is done on a mobile device. We've built setup shortcuts to help onboarding go fast, including cloning equipment (like rows of treadmills or bikes) and an AI-powered photo detection option to pre-fill equipment metadata (manufacturer and model) to help things go faster.

Yes. You order Gear Tags in whatever quantity covers your floor: a dollar a tag, dropping to 70 cents at volume. They ship ready to apply and they're built for gym life - weatherproof vinyl that stands up to sweat, cleaning sprays, and daily wear. Need more later? Order more anytime.

Each Gear Tag is a single weatherproof QR sticker. The branded artwork and the unique QR code are printed together - one piece, peel-and-stick.

Two big reasons.

First, having a unique QR code on every piece of equipment creates an opportunity for two-way communication between gym members and management. Letting members see status updates - or get notified when an issue is resolved - builds a cycle of feedback and trust that matters for community building and member retention.

Second, each Gear Tag provides equipment-level tracking, so every report is tied to a specific piece of equipment, timestamped, and tracked through resolution. Over time, the data shows which equipment keeps breaking, so you can decide what to repair, replace, or watch.

Yes. When any member scans a Gear Tag, they see the current status of the equipment, any issues already reported, and any status updates posted. Members can see progress as it's being made.

Essential is $39 per month. Professional is $89 per month. Annual billing means you pay for 11 months and get 12. All prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated from your address at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice. Both are flat rates per location with no per-user fees and no equipment caps. See the full pricing breakdown or try the live demo.
