Your subscription

• 14-day free trial, no card required. When the trial ends, your account goes read-only until you subscribe. Your data stays put.
• Plans renew automatically, monthly or annually, until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal or by emailing us; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
• If we ever change prices, you get at least 30 days' notice, and annual plans keep their price until renewal.
• Prices are quoted before sales tax, for plans and Gear Tag orders alike. Where we're required to collect it, tax is calculated from your address at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice.

Gear Tag orders

• Tags are printed to order with QR codes unique to your gym, so all sales are final. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it.
• Tags work with your FixTag subscription. They're QR stickers, so they have no function on their own.
• You pick the surfaces and apply the tags. Choose spots that suit a strong adhesive.

Your data

• Your data is yours. Equipment records, issues, photos: you own all of it. We only use it to run the service.
• We never sell it or use it for ads. Full details in the privacy summary.
• Leave whenever you want. Ask for a full export, or ask us to delete everything - gone from our active systems within 30 days.

Member reports

• Members report anonymously by scanning a tag - no account, no download.
• Reports about your equipment belong to your business. You manage them in your dashboard.
• An AI filter catches spam and off-topic reports before they reach your team.

The honest fine print

• FixTag is a reporting and tracking tool. It tells you what your members see; fixing equipment, running inspections, and meeting safety obligations stay your responsibility. It isn't a substitute for professional maintenance or a compliance program.
• We aim for reliable, not perfect. Like all software, FixTag is provided as-is, and our liability is capped - the specifics are in the full Terms.
• If we ever changed something big - features, or in the worst case the whole service - you'd get at least 30 days' notice, time to export your data, and a refund of any prepaid time you couldn't use.
• If we ever disagree, we talk first: 30 days to sort it out person-to-person before anything formal. Formal disputes go to arbitration in New York.
